In Islam all human beings have equal social rights and no one is superior to another on the basis of background, status, profession or cast. Superiority only deserves to those who are better in character and aptitude. These teachings of Islam clearly indicate that there is no permission for anyone to disperse disinformation in the name of information about anyone who is deprived in status. These fundamental teachings of Islam are now the basis of the modern world human rights criteria and deal with the law named as the law of defamation.
